Orders
- Can l cancel my order
Cancellations can be only initiated by reaching out to our customer service team within 30 minutes of your order being placed.
Please send an email with the subject line "Order Cancellation" to support@cozybliss.com.
If your order has been fulfilled and shipped out, we unfortunately can no longer cancel the order. Please accept the package upon delivery and we will be able to work towards a solution for the return as soon as the order is in your possession.
- The shipping address on my order is incorrect. Can I change it?
We are not able to update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Once your order has been placed, we highly suggest making changes through the carrier.

- How do I modify the items in my order?
We are not able to make any changes to the items in your order once the order has been placed. If you would like to add, change, or upgrade the items in your order, the best course of action will be to place a new order and return any unwanted items from your original order here.
Shipping
- Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with Amazon Logistics, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Once shipped, detailed tracking information will be sent to you via email, but please feel free to contact our support team for full shipping information.
- When will my order ship?
The processing time is 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
- Where are orders shipped from?
All of our orders will ship from our warehouse located in US.
- Does Cozy Bliss offer free US shipping?
We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 and free Express Shipping on orders over $200. All offered shipping methods and shipping timelines are provided upon checkout.
Payment
- What payment methods do you accept?
We offer several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
- Can I add my discount code after purchase?
If you forgot to add your promo code at checkout, please contact our Customer Service at support@cozybliss.com with your order number and offer details. We will work to find the best solution for you!
Please note we can only apply one discount code per order.
Returns & Exchanges
- What are your return and refund policies?
Kindly refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
- What is your exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy. You have the option to repurchase the item(s) in your desired size and/or color.
- Can I still return an item if it's been washed?
Kindly noted that items must be in new, unused, unwashed, undamaged condition, and have original tags attached, returned in their original packaging to ensure your return arrives safe and sound.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Can I return products I purchased through Amazon?
At this time, we only accept returns for products purchased on our website or at our retail location. Products purchased through Amazon must be returned through that site and will be subject to their return policy guidelines.
- Are shipping fees covered for returns?
If the return is caused by the consumer (dislike or wrong purchase), consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. You must email us with pictures of the “damaged/wrong item” after submitting online return request. Once we confirmed the problems, we will process the refund.
