At Cozy Bliss, we take pride in our product quality and committed to your satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (original receipt or gift receipt) is required.

Return Process

Initiate your return

  • Please contact our customer support team at support@cozybliss.com.
  • Indicate the items you like the return and the reason.
  • Wait for return instructions.

Prepare your return

  • Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  • Ensure items are free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Include all original accessories and documentation.

Ship Your Return

  • Send the package to the address provided by Customer Service.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Keep your proof of postage and tracking number for reference.

Refund Process

  • Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 14-21 business days of receiving your return.
  • The refunded amount will include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax.
  • Shipping costs are generally not refunded unless under extenuating circumstances.
  • Refunds for purchases with original receipts will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • The timing of the refund appearance on your statement depends on your financial institution.
  • Returns with gift receipts will receive a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the receipt.
  • A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping Cost

  • For returns due to personal preference or incorrect purchases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, Dream Valley® will cover the return shipping fee. Please email clear photos of the issue to our Customer Service team before initiating the return.

Special Circumstances

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • We are not liable for returned packages lost or stolen in transit.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • You're welcome to return your item(s) and repurchase in your desired size or color.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, altered, laundered, or damaged after receipt.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Items received after the 30-day return window.

Reserved Rights

Cozy Bliss reserves the right to:

  • Limit, or refuse returns from customers with 1) Excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;" 2) History of returning worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or incomplete items; 3) Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity
  • Refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.
  • Discard any non-Cozy Bliss items sent to our Distribution Center.
